LADIES OF THE LAKE FOUNDATION

Ladies of the Lake Educational and Charitable Foundation (LOLECF) is a non-profit, volunteer organization established in Clear Lake, Texas on June 6, 2001.  The foundation maintains a tax exempt, non-profit organization status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

The foundation is host to various fundraisers to assist in providing scholarships to students and being of service through local and global charitable initiatives. Since the foundation’s establishment, it has awarded more than $40,000 in academic scholarships to graduating high school students entering college. Being of service to all is what continues to be the purpose of the foundation.

LOLECF is the charitable arm of the Tau Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated®.
